Abstract

The aim of this work is the study of model test of connections in timber structures withe split ring connections. With the panpose a review of international codes were made and with the study, preliminary model in compression parallel-to-grain and compression normal-to-grain were split rings. In this study, it is also defined the model to use of national codes NBR-7190.
