Resumo:
This report describes the activities carried out by Leiry Gabrielle Marques Luz Pinto during the supervised internship at the Radiometry Laboratory of the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). The main objective of the internship was to apply and consolidate theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the Electrical Engineering course, focusing on areas such as spectrum analysis, modulation, noise characterization, and Sparameter measurements in high-frequency devices. The internship involved the use of equipment such as the Spectrum Rider FPH, Signal and Vector Network Analyzer, as well as the Ansys HFSS software for high-frequency structure simulation. The activities included S11 and antenna gain measurements, respiratory frequency measurement using RFID and Arduíno, support in antenna design, and the fabrication of Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS). Additionally, future improvements for the laboratory are proposed, including the creation of measurement guides, automation of processes, and the development of an equipment inventory. The internship fully achieved its goals, providing a rich hands-on experience and contributing to the academic and professional growth of the intern.
