Resumen:
Was studied the anaerobic digestion from quail waste (manure + ration remnant) utilizing continuous digesters. Daily loads (wastes obtained in quail breeding plus water) permited four hydraulic retention time (30, 20, 15 and 10 days). Results showed waste production about 28 g per quail. Higher biogas production was get with 10 days of hydraulic retention time, but for better conversion of waste and better quality of biofertilizer must to use 15 days as minimum hydraulic retention time.
