Potencial de produção de biogás a partir do lixo coletado em CEASAs.

Abstract

This research was carried out in order to study organic wastes from food markets as a substrate for anaerobic digestion. The experiment was conducted at the Department of Rural Engineering - Campus of Jaboticabal/UNESP. Biogas production data indicated the garbage potential, fermentation time and solids reduction for fresh garbage and dry and milled garbage. The biogas yield was 0,4222 m3/kg VS added.
