Abstract

This work was developed whith the objective of developine an expert system for selecting alternatives sources of energy for rural propeties. The system is able to select according to the weather conditions of production. The program Sisenerg is subdivided into routines that do an analueis of tecnical viability, according to data gives by the users to these energy sources: buy of energy from the local concessionairy; use of biodigester; use of small hydroelectric; use of eolic energy for water pumply; use of solar energy for heating water; use of solar energy for drying grain; use of gasogen para for alimentacion small motors; According to the tests the system showed efficieney in making the analysis of the technical viability of the sources tested.
