Viabilidade econômica do uso da tarifação noturna de energia elétrica para irrigação em regiões com diferentes demandas evapotranspirativas.

Abstract

The feasibility of the use of eletric energy overnight rate, with discount, was determined by simulations in differents evapotranspirative regions in Brazil (4, 6, 8mm/day). These simulations showed the most economic combinations in relation to annual total cost by hectare (CTA/ha) and acquisition cost (CA/ha). Analizing the best combinations it was possible to verify that night irrigation was advantageous only in CO region, with 20%, and NE region, with 44% of reduction in CTA/ha. In the SE region it was not observed reduction in CTA/ha but was verified an increase in this index. With relation to CA/ha, it was verified, in all regions, an increase around 200%.
