Alterações em parâmetros reprodutivos do amendoim em função de interações entre nitrogênio e estresse hídrico.

dc.description.resumo	Experimento de campo foi conduzido em amendoim (Arachis hypogaea L.), cultivar PI 165-317, para avaliar as alterações nos processos reprodutivos em resposta à diferentes níveis de umidade e de nitrogênio do solo. Não houve diferença significativa entre as interações dos dois fatores testados, regime hídrico e nitrogênio. Entretanto, a diminuição da disponibilidade hídrica reduziu significativamente o número de flores, ginóforos e frutos. A aplicação de nitrogênio diminuiu a eficiência na formação dos nódulos radiculares, não se mostrando capaz de induzir melhorias no crescimento e desenvolvimento do amendoim, sob deficiência hídrica.	pt_BR

dc.description.abstract	Field study was conducted in peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.), cultivar PI 165-317, to evaluate changes in physiological processes and yield in response to different levels of soil water and nitrogen. There was no significantly differences among interactions between the two factors studied, water regime and nitrogen. However, the reduction in soil water availibility significantly reduced the leaf water potential, ramification, shoot dry weight, production of flowers and pegs number of fruits. The addition of nitrogen reduced the efficiency in root nodules formations, but it was not capable of improving peanut growth and development under water stress.	pt_BR
