Resumo:
An experiment was conducted at the Irrigation Laboratory of ESALQ/USP,
Piracicaba, SP, in order to evaluate the water distribution pattern in 17 models of medium
pressure rotative sprinklers. Two pressure levels were tested: 294,3 and 343,35 Kpa. The
best results were obtained with the model A1823 from FABRIMAR with nozzle of 6,0x 4,0
mm working in both pressures tested and the model 233 from NAAN with nozzle of 4,4x
2,5 mm working in pressure of 343,35 Kpa. These results agree with the characteristics of
triangular distribution, desirable in the use of the line source sprinkler technic.
