Abstract

The aim of this work was to evaluate functioning and operation characteristics of the Brazilian sprinkler trademarks and types. The parameters analysed were nozzle angles, work pressure, manufacturing coefficient variation and average drainage deviation of maker description. The foregone conclusion showed that Brazilian sprinklers are not periodic evaluation. Of the total sample, 51,9% showed average drainage deviation different from maker technical catalogues. The results. obtained showed that maker catalogue guaranty is not trust worthy.
