Resumo:
The tourist companies are constantly accessing the market and are proposed to side their
competitors. With this, the objective of this work was to carry out an application of
chronoanalysis and method engineering in a food company to determine and improve their
processes, avoiding unnecessary tasks, balancing and reducing production time. This
reduction was observed in the analysis within the production bottleneck with the
implementation of the standard time according to the standard movement patterns. The results were satisfactory and provided an increase in their productive capacity of 312%
