Caracterização dos problemas de salinidade dos solos da estação experimental da Embrapa-algodão em São Gonçalo-PB.

Abstract

The soils of Experiment Station of EMBRAPA-Cotton situated in Irrigated Perimeter of São Gonçalo-PB were characterized as per salinity and sodicity, in view of formulations of guidelines important in decision making and recomendations for management-practices. Major part of the area studied do not present salinity problems except plot no1 where soil showed values of CEes between 0,31 and 7,15 dS/m and PST between 0,2 and 45,4 % indicating existence of saline-sodic soils.
