Caracterização hidráulica do microaspersor RAIN-BIRD QN-14.

Abstract

The purpose of work is to avaluate the performance of the RAIN-BIRD QN-14 microsprinkler. In laboratory, the following parameters were considered: manufacturing coefficient variation, characteristic of equation of discharge vs. pressure. The manufacturing coefficient of variation was 0.7 %, considered good by ABNT classification. The discharge vs. pressure data were adjusted through linear regression, resulting in equation Q = 45,63 H 0,4866 , with 99.98% as determination coefficient (r2).
