Resumo:
The aim of this work was to evaluate the sensitivity of uniformity
coefficients. Tests were conducted at the Laboratory in Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
Sensitivity of coefficients was evaluated taking into account the deviation obtained when
chaging a certain factor. The coeffcient with the greatest deviation was considered the
most sensivite. Results obtained showed that: 1. coefficient proposed by Benami and
Hore was generally the most sensivite to changes in factors, Christiansen’s, Hart’s and
Karmeli’s coeficient were generally the least sensitive. 2. Both sprinkling and lateral
spacing are the factors that mostly influences in coefficients and the test duration time the
least influenced.
