Résumé:
The hydraulic performance and water distribution of an exuding tube, commercially called
“PORITEX” was tested on a sandy soil-Podzolic of Lins and Marília, variation Marília, unit Serrinha. Our aim was
provide information on the spacing conditions, water pressure and flow, in order to set recommendations for use in
irrigation. The water pressure was set to 0.024, 0.045 and 0.062 MPa, resulting in water flow of 0.057 + 2.25 . 10-3;
0.038 + 4.47 . 10-3 e 0.076 + 5.42 . 10-3 l. min.-1. m-1 , respectively. With base on a hypotetic design of irrigated bean,
under a evapotranspiration of 4.0mm.day-1, relationing the irrigation time with P factor of percentage of wetting of soil,
it is recommended the pressures of 0.045 or 0.062 MPa.
