Abstract:
This work aimed to building 4 ejectors for different tubes diameter, to
use on air suction from inside of hydraulic pumps, by a simple and easy way, giving
the methodology to building another ejectors, as well as evaluate the hydropneumatic
characteristics of these ejectors, establishing the relations between pressure and air
discharge, under different water feeding pressures. It was build the ejector nozzles,
adapted to a “T” conection (PVC made). It can be concluded that the shown
methodology to the construction of the ejectors is simple and has low costs. The water
discharge equation for nozzles can be used to estimate the ejector feeding discharge,
using the discharge coeficient found for each ejector. The relations between air
suction discharge, air suction tension (negative relative pressure) and motrice pressure
can be obtained by an equation presented on the work.
