Abstract

The economic and social importance of the banana crop combined with the lack of information about its water requirements justified this research which had the objective of determining the behaviour of the cultivar “prata anã “when subdue to different water depth and percentage wetted area through drip irrigation system controlled by pan evaporation. There was no significant difference among the studied treatments durying the 1996 year.
