Resumen:
In an alluvial soil, of the valley, in the State Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil, study the effect the four timing of the last irrigation at 65. 80. 95 and 110 days of the herbaceous cotton cycle, c.v. Acala del cerro and four populations 30,000. 60,000. 90,000 and 120,000 pl/ha. Significant interaction between timing of the last irrigation and plants density was found for cotton yield only. It was found that the highest coton yield (4090 kg/ha) was obtained as interation between timing of the last irrigation as 95 days with density of 90,000 pl/ha, and plant height was affected only timing of the last irrigation.
