capacity, availability and productivity of water and soil resources and to help to
administration to operate the unit. The operation of the system with pump and well, the use
and management of water, the water quality were estimated. The use of soil and the
organization of the producers were analized as well. Finally, a sampling aleatory method
was designed and applied. A sheet electronics was utilized for calculation in order to
gather necessary information for planning of the unit operation. In conclusion that there is
a possibility to develop and execute methods to improve the operation and administration
of the units and to participate, in this sense, in the programs of institutional support.
