Resumen:
This work compare two methods to estimate water infiltration in the soil,
based on statistical inference and mathematical fundaments (Movil Means Model and
Polinomial Model) and the Kostiakov and Horton Models with date field infiltration.
obtained throughout the infiltration cilinder methodology. The comparations were
conducted with a graphic method and estatistically get the correlation coefficients. The
Horton model was the most efficient. Out of the proposed models the Movil Means one was
better than the usually used Kostiakov.
