Abstract:
With the objective to analyses the evolution of physical and chemical parameters in an alluvial
alkaline soil in process of reclamation, a research was conducted in the Curu Valley Experimental Station at Ceará. The analyses show the soil characteristics have changed - very strongly sodic soil inicialty change to non-sodic soil. Thelateral drain water discharge and observation well water, showchanged to salinity and sodicity(C3S1à C4S3). The saturated hydraulic conductivity to evidence betterment in the transmissivity. This results may be associated with the itegrated manegement technics to reclamation of salt-affected soil.
