Abstract

It was studied the allocation of irrigated areas, by applying the non-linear programming technique, proposing to optimize the agricultural projects. It was verified that the operational research, by means of non-linear programming techniques, consists of a powerful tool for optimizing the agricultural projects, either by finding a optimal solution to the proposed problem, which is essential for the development of good projects, or giving the solution of mathematical models that describe complex systems.
