Resumen:
Florals are therapeutic products produced through the energetic potential of flowers, recognized
as part of Integrative and Complementary Practices. Many floral systems have been developed
around the world, among which is the FLORSOL system, used in the health-disease-care
process for the population of Nova Palmeira-PB and its surrounding region. The aim of this
study is to investigate the perception of floral users regarding the FLORSOL system and to
identify the effects of this integrative practice on users' lives. This was a cross-sectional,
qualitative-quantitative, descriptive study, with a sample consisting of floral users in Nova
Palmeira-PB and the surrounding region. The results showed that the majority of users reported
significant improvement in their complaints after regular use of the FLORSOL system. Among
the main benefits reported were a reduction in anxiety symptoms, as well as an increase in
emotional well-being. The qualitative analysis of the interviews reinforced the participants'
positive perception of the efficacy of floral treatment, revealing that for many, floral therapy
served as an effective complement to conventional treatment or, in some cases, as the primary
self-care strategy. Therefore, the FLORSOL system stood out as an effective practice in
promoting health and quality of life, reinforcing its role as a promising complementary
approach within the scope of Integrative and Complementary Practices (ICPs).
