Abstract

An experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect of furrow irrigation and biofertilizer incorporation on beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L. Cv Carioca) yield. The treatments were: two levels of irrigation in association with biofertilizer incorporated in the soil. The experimental design was randomized blocks. The highest average was obtained for the treatment with mineral fertilization and entire irrigation, however, no difference was observed between this result and 40m3/ha dosage in both application times. Although the 40m3/ha dosage was better than 20m3/ha, there was no difference between application times.
