Résumé:

A computer program based on regionally weighted regression methods and a generalized Regional Vector (Hiez, 1977, 1978) has been developed to check the consistency of and filling the missing values of the monthly and annual precipitation series the. The program was found to be very efficient in the test made and practical applications.
