Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the potential use of disdrometer as a tool for measuring the droplets size distribution along the sprinkler jet trajectory. This instrument was compared to the flour method. The disdrometer was proved to be inadequate to determine the droplets size, mainly those of small diameter.
