Resumo:
The objective of this work it was to study the influence of salinity on pepper
crop production. The experiment it was carried out in a greenhouse of 200 m2, using factorial
design, it was used water irrigation with 1.32, 2.48 and 4.42 dS/m and three water depth,
where the second and the third it were 14% and 28% higher than the lower depth. The lower
depth did not allow water deficit. It was conclued that the yield decreased as the average soil
salinity increased linearly with water irrigation salinity The commercial e total yields
decreased starting the S1=1.32 dS/m at 10.5% and 8.8%.
