Evolução da camada compactada em diferentes tipos de preparo do solo.

Abstract

This work evaluated the development of a compacted layer in different types of soil management practices. It was developed on Oxissoils, at the Experimental Field of the School of Agricultural Engineering/UNICAMP. The development of the compactation was monitoring during a four years period in eight different types tillage techniques. Through the methodology was possible to determine a compactation characteristic curve and confirm that the occurrence of a compacted layer affects the crop growth.
