Observações no efeito da destruição mecânica das camadas compactadas do solo: mudanças físico-químicas.

Abstract

This research was conduced to observe the effect of compacted layer destruction of soil by disk plow, mouldboard plow, heavy disk harrow and subsoiler(this in two different soil water condition) in a field of Dark Red Latosol. From the results of tilling depth and soil hardness distribution measured imediately after treatments, the destruction effects of compacted layers by mouldboard plow and subsoiler were large as compared with the others. The destruction ranges of subsoiler in dry soil condition were large by 10% as compared with that of wet soil condition.
