Resistência ao rolamento de tratores de pneus em diferentes tipos de superfícies.

Abstract

The objective of this work was to compare the rolling resistance predicted by McKibben and Davidson equation with the experimental data obtained in field. The tests was done over three different kinds of rolling surface, including concretepad, firm soil and grass. The results showed that the equation underestimated the values of rolling resistance compared to experimental data.
