Résumé:
This work was carried out on a 65% sandy-Red-Yellow-Podzolic soil in Santa Maria area, Rio Grande do Sul State, whose objective was to research more indicated systems to establish a Eucalyptus grandis Hill ex Maiden industrial forest. It was used disk plow, moldboard plow, heavy harrow, disk harrow, sugarcane lister, subsoiler and chisel plow. The parameters of evaluation was initial growing and survival of the forest. The experimental design was a randomized blocks with six treatments and four replicates. As to the initial growing of the Eucalyptus grandis Hill ex Maiden, the system moldboard plow followed disk harrow had a better performance than the others ones. However, this mechanized forest tillage system did not show statistical differences from de system disk plow followed disk harrow. The forest survival rate did not change with some implements applied.
