Remoção de nitrogênio e fósforo na unidade de pré tratamento anaeróbio de efluente líquido de laticínio.

Abstract

The main objective of this experimental works was the partial removal of organic matter and nutrients in liquid effluent originated from a dairy and agricultural cooperative. An up flow anaerobic sludge blankt reactor (UASB) was utilized as pretreatment unit. Final results indicated that unit can be considered quite good when one consideres the high influent organic loads and resulting as 34,7 percent average total nitrogen removal, and 27,7 percent for average total phosphorus removal.
