Résumé:
Inclusive education is a fundamental principle to ensure that all students have access to
quality education and that all students must learn together, regardless of any differences.
Although teacher training is crucial to fostering inclusive practices, the implementation of
these strategies faces challenges due to work overload and teachers' lack of time. Therefore, it
is essential to reflect on how to ensure that the training received is adequate so that teachers
can apply it effectively in the classroom. This work analyzed the impact of teacher training on
inclusive pedagogical practice and examined the barriers faced in the training process. The
methodology adopted for this research was a bibliographic review, with data collected through
the Google Scholar platform. 7 articles published between 2018 and 2024 were selected,
focusing on the most relevant on teacher training from the perspective of inclusive education.
This method aimed to analyze the impact of teacher training in the classroom from the
perspective of inclusive education. At the end of the research, we can conclude that inclusive
education must be fulfilled as a fundamental right for all students. It is essential that teacher
training, pedagogical practices and educational policies align to ensure equitable access to
learning opportunities.
