Elaboração do plano de projeto para implantação de internet de fibra óptica: estudo de caso na Empresa Cariri Web no Município de Monteiro - PB.

Abstract

Project Management is organize, plan and execute the tasks necessaries to the progress of the project in order to reach or even exceed the desired result. The increase in the number of projects combined with the need for fast and efficient results reinforced the importance of project management. In the current scenario in which we live the accelerated changes and search for well-planned projects, companies become more dependent on a good planning. The present work has as its proposal to introduce Project Management areas describing their processes with detailing specific components and a range of its own. This work is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge - PMBOK, developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI), in which the documents of each area of Project management. This study consists in apply the steps of design processes (initiation, execution, monitoring and control, in addition to the closure) in the deployment of fiber optic Internet in the municipality of Monteiro-PB by Caririweb Internet provider company LTDA. All processes were carried out successfully resulting in increased managerial control of all phases implemented in project management.
