Résumé:
In this study, the approach was the application of quality tools in a men's clothing
company located in Santa Cruz do Capibaribe, Pernambuco. Given the challenging
context in which the company was facing difficulties in maintaining quality standards,
mainly due to the outsourcing of production processes to outsourced companies, the
work began with a comprehensive theoretical review. The theoretical basis includes
fundamental concepts of quality management and deepening of quality tools such as;
Pareto Diagram, GUT Matrix, Ishikawa Diagram, as an Action Plan. The analysis
carried out revealed a critical challenge related to the monthly loss of parts in the
company, highlighting the urgency of intervention. The study was essential to identify
and raise awareness about these losses, in addition to proposing a strategic action
plan. This plan aims not only to mitigate compliance errors, but also to restructure
quality control processes, adapting them to the challenging dynamics of the outsourced
production chain, through the implementation of more efficient and adaptable
practices.
