Análise de perigos e pontos críticos de controle (APPCC) na produção de milho (Zea mays).

Abstract

At the moment, the ration industry faces great problems as to the acquisition of the raw materials: a large proportion of the them has to be discarded, due to inadequate physical and sanitary quality, causing significant losses. It has been observed that grain producers do not use a systematic program, which would indicate the field critical points, being mostly concerned on final productivity. Aiming at optimizing the raw material final quality, we present this work with the proposal of elaborate a synthesis of APPCC methodology in the production and act of receiving maize grains of human and animal industry.
