Resumen:
Entrepreneurial education has proven to be essential for the development of nations,
mainly due to its ability to stimulate innovation, creativity and individual autonomy.
Although the topic has gained visibility in recent decades, it still lacks a more in-depth
debate that guides its implementation and expansion in an effective manner. The
objective of this work is to analyze the main objectives and methodologies of
entrepreneurial education, highlighting the importance of small entrepreneurs in the
city of Prata-PB. With this work, we seek to discuss the need for a pedagogical model
that goes beyond the simple transmission of content, seeking to develop skills and
attitudes characteristic of the entrepreneurial individual, such as risk taking, leadership
and the ability to solve problems creatively. The research focuses on the nature of
entrepreneurial education, investigating the methodological aspects involved during
the learning process. In addition, it explores the didactic-pedagogical practices used to
develop entrepreneurial skills that seek to value the local gastronomic culture, offering
a deeper understanding of how teaching methods can be adapted to promote the
entrepreneurial spirit. It is essential that educational practices in entrepreneurship
consider the particularities of each student, their local culture, and their daily lives and
the entrepreneurial learning and practices that accompany them, focusing not only on
technical training, but also on the development of entrepreneurial attitudes and
mindsets that will be essential throughout their professional lives, whether in the
countryside or in the city.
