Abstract:
The present study aims to promote the integration of active methods into the
teaching-learning process in the subject of history in elementary school II. We
implement the use of theoretical and practical contributions to improve new
pedagogical possibilities. Starting from the assumption that the traditional methods of
teaching history generate a lack of interest in the subject, we seek to explore the role
and contribution of games as pedagogical resources in the implementation of the
lesson. The use of the electronic game series Assassin's Creed as a methodological
contribution to the use of pedagogical interventions from a playful perspective in
history lessons. The promotion of a collective culture between students and teachers
that stimulates curiosity, autonomy and creativity and contributes to the meaningful
development of students in the school environment. Therefore, this project aims to
highlight the importance of play in history lessons as a cultural element that is
fundamental to teaching fundamental for intellectual development and shapes
historical knowledge.
