Resumo:
One of the great challenges of the agro-industrial sector is to combine quality with high
productivity, satisfying the market requirements. In virtue of this reality, automation tools must be
applied in many agricultural processes. This work studied the use of controllers to drying system. The
most important parameter of drying system is the air temperature. The transfer function coefficients
were used to simulate the controls. The laboratory tests showed that the simulation can be used to
obtain adequate parameters to real system.
