Resumo:
This Technical-Technological Product (PPT) was prepared as a result of the dissertation presented in the Master's Program in Public Administration at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). The focus of the research is on Public Administration, with an emphasis on administrative management in special courts. Improving and implementing processes and procedures in the administrative management of special courts is essential to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of judicial proceedings. The fundamental purpose of this PPT is to contribute to the improvement of administrative management in the special courts of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco (TJ/PE). To achieve this objective, a field study was conducted, the results of which served as a basis for the development of new processes and procedures aimed at improving the administration of special courts. The aim is to promote more effective and efficient results in the court's judicial system. In addition, the material produced in the form of a booklet also aims to guide and train judges and public servants who work in special courts. This is essential to ensure the correct implementation and consolidation of the suggested processes and procedures in the routine of judicial management. During the development of the research, the urgency of strategic action by the senior management of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco became evident. This strategic action is essential to boost the training and formalization of management in the units in question. In view of this, it was possible to formulate the following question: How can administrative management in the judiciary, from the perspective of the managing judge, contribute to improving the organization of the courts and, consequently, the speed of processing of cases in the Small Claims Courts of Pernambuco?
