Manual de compilação da legislação paraibana sobre o COVID-19: 2020 - 2022.

Abstract

This manual is the technical product of the master's thesis entitled "Legislation to combat the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 coronavirus as a public management instrument". Researchers Wellington Ferreira de Melo, and Dr. Maria de Fátima Nóbrega Barbosa, supervising professor, are linked to the Professional Master's Degree in Public Administration - PROFIAP. The technical product aims to present a compilation of Paraíba's legislation on the Covid-19 pandemic, listing laws, decrees, provisional measures and legislative resolutions relating to combating and preventing contagion from the new coronavirus. The scientific-technological contribution of the work is presented in the provocation of the research itself, which brings together in its construction the critical views of the sciences of Administration, Law (legal) and Political Science. In addition to the technical production of a manual compiling Paraíba’s legislation to combat the pandemic.
