Abstract

This guide aims to provide contract managers with a series of practices that aim to increase efficiency in the management of administrative contracts, in accordance with the guidelines of the New Tenders and Contracts Law (Law nº 14,133/2021). It is intended to guide the conduct of these professionals, promoting the effective administration of contracts, compliance with legal and ethical principles, and the optimization of results achieved for public administration and society. Brazilian control bodies have issued several normative instructions and technical manuals that provide detailed guidelines for the efficient management of administrative contracts.
