The determination of the psychrometric properties involves many parameters and to be
able to perceive for tabular, graphic and thermodynamic equations methods. The equilibrium
relativity humidity or water activity value of grains storage to denote success of the storage. The
objective of this work was to develop a computer program (PSIAw) for determining the psychrometric
properties of air and to denote of the water activity of grains, whereas presenting a simple interface
that provides the professional with the necessary information. Within the limits for temperatures from
0
oC to 100oC and of the preservation and storage of grains under tropical conditions, it is concluded
that the software generates satisfactory results
