Resumo:
The objective of this research was to calculate the Quotient of the Breathing
Temperature (Q10) in lichia fruits stored in cooling. The treatments were: two strips of appraised
temperatures (0-10ºC and 10-20ºC). The fruits were stored to 0, 10 and 20ºC (±1ºC) and 85% (±5%)
RH, were evaluated each five days during 15 days. The experimental was casual entirely delineate,
with 6 repetitions. The breathing tax was analyzed to calculate Q10 corresponding to each strip of
tested temperature. It was observed that Q10 found in both temperature strips were to the 10º day of
storage close to the values of Q10 found in the literature
