Abstract:
Among its responsibilities, the State has the provision of various public services to citizens, such as health, security and education. In promoting these activities, the State often, out of necessity or benefit, calls on individuals to jointly carry out certain objectives of public interest. In this sense, the UFCG Rural Health and Technology Center similarly adopts, in its management practices, the so-called administrative contracts as instruments for offering its teaching, research and extension services. Like any administrative procedure, signed contracts have some particularities, such as the need to be monitored and managed until their conclusion, and it is in this scenario that obstacles arise capable of interfering with the work carried out by public agents. In view of this, this action plan aims to map the main obstacles to inspection and propose improvements to the process.
