Análise do teletrabalho a partir da pandemia: um novo paradigma laboral no serviço público brasileiro.

Abstract

The text in question refers to the Telework Program (PTT) aimed at to the managers and employees of the Dean of Administration (PROAD) of the Federal University of Cariri (UFCA). The exploratory research sought identify the factors that contribute to the effectiveness of teleworking within this specific context and highlight the challenges faced by this modality of work within the scope of Brazilian public administration. In addition Furthermore, it considered the changes in work relations caused by the Covid-19 pandemic and the implications of teleworking for PROAD da UFCA. The results of this research can provide guidelines for implementation of PTT and contribute to understanding the issues related to the mental health of teleworkers, as well as the use of specific technologies for this type of work in this context specific.
