Resumo:
In recent years, there has been a growing need for society to become more educated on issues related to socio-environmental sustainability. Considering the context of Public Administration, more specifically the Court of Justice of the State of Paraíba, there is an urgent need for administrators to be agents of change in the work environment, contributing with their actions, which are mostly small and routine, towards the responsible consumption of products and services, consolidating effective socio-environmental responsibility. Thus, the general objective of this research is to analyze the Sustainable Logistics Plan (PLS) of the Court of Justice of Paraíba (TJPB), observing its visibility and adherence among the employees of this court, located in the Patos-PB forum, thus outlining the socio-environmental management profile of the institution. As a tool to facilitate reflection and implementation of daily actions capable of building a new socio-environmental culture within the institution under investigation, as a technical-technological product, we propose the preparation of a booklet, written in simple, direct language and with clear examples that will attract the reader's attention, proposing a systematic process of guidance for all members of the administrative structure of TJPB, encouraging them to voluntarily adhere to the rules of TJPB's sustainable logistics plan in the exercise of their work activities. This purpose can be measured when assessing functional advancement through the completion of courses focused on the subject. We hope that the results obtained may arouse the interest of senior management, aiming at a significant improvement in the conduct of their socio-environmental management.
