Levantamento dos riscos à saúde e à segurança do trabalhador durante a pós-colheita de café em propriedades do município de São Sebastião do Paraíso, MG.

Abstract

Considering the possible existence and perception lack of the risks to the safety and the labor health in the process of powder-crop of the coffee and the lack of conformity of the properties as for Normas Regulate application (RN) of Ministry of Labor and of the Job, the objective of this work was to diagnose the risks involved in each one of the stages of the powder-crop of the coffee and to verify the conformities of the processing units of coffee as for the application of RN, in function of the technological level of the properties. The work was accomplished starting from the questionnaire application to proprietors or managers, in thirty located properties in three rural associations in São Sebastião do Paraíso county, MG, defined for draw. The analysis of the questionnaires showed that all of the stages of the processing offer risks the worker's safety of the properties were in conformities with RNs. Those values are related to the low technological level, to the lack of the employees' training and the access difficulties to the information on the part of the producers.
