Avaliação climatológica na região semiárida do RN.

Abstract

The analysis of the regional characteristics requires the knowledge in the way as the climatologic elements if they hold and as they distribute themselves during the year. For in such a way, a study in the experimental basin of Black Mountain range of the Norte/RN, which possess an automatic climatologic station (Campbell) located next to the dam Campos, installed in 2002; whose data are available from 2003, even so some variables have presented given no are consist. Therefore, the data of the year of 2004 had been considered only. The analysis of the climate was carried through with intention climatologically to characterize the period of lanuary the October of this year. The year of 2004 was characterized all the fluctuations of the period of the study, had presented climatic atypical conditions of the region, abnormal precipitations in lanuary, being classified as super-humid and not as half-barren.
