Abstract

Job analysis and description are important tools for an organization to have the possibility of understanding in depth the intrinsic characteristics of a given position. In the context of public administration, the execution of such activities can subsidize the entry of future employees with profiles more aligned with the competencies required by the organization. Based on interviews conducted with IBGE employees, based on the observations listed by the interviewees, it was possible to prepare this conclusive technical report, in the form of the analysis and description of the position of Planning, Management and Infrastructure Analyst at IBGE.
