The University Restaurant is an important student assistance facility that, through the provision of meals, aims to contribute to the permanence of students on campus during the development of their academic activities. Thus, this report aims to point out and analyze the potentialities and challenges of the mixed management model in the University Restaurants of the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), using the SWOT Matrix.
